Alicia Keys lit up the stage at this year’s MTV European Music Awards (EMA). The R&B singer wore a beautiful gown that accented her bump well and matched the white piano that she played. Hundreds of fans appreciated Keys’ amazing singing, and marveled at the glow that was all over her face.
Alicia has been talking about her new album and the amazing single, ‘We Are Here,’ that sparked a movement. “With the backdrop of everything that’s going on in the world and the frustration that I think we’re all feeling as people, we’re wondering what we can all do about it,” said the singer during a recent interview.
“I really just want this song to be the dialogue that makes us ask ourselves, ‘Why are we here? What are we here to do?’ Because if we can start that dialogue with ourselves, it can start a bigger conversation about how we actually can bring change to the world.”
Alicia and husband Swizz Beatz are expecting their second child to arrive next month. They are also the proud parents of a son named Egypt.
