Romelo and Rodney Jr. spent time with the animals a few days ago at Zoological Wildlife Foundation in Florida. The sons of R&B singer Monica Brown learned a lot about the creatures, and had the opportunity to interact with them.
Rodney Jr. especially enjoyed the adventure since he loves animals. “Wouldn’t be surprised if he didn’t become a veterinarian,” tweeted mom. Monica also talked about her younger son and how his vibrancy keeps her alert. “There’s never a dull moment with this guy,” wrote the star of Romelo. “He’s loving, compassionate, demanding and direct.”
Monica’s husband, Shannon Brown, also joined his wife and step-children at the zoo. The NBA star watched with delight as the boys fed the animals and carried a few of them around. One of the monkeys named Valentino was particularly friendly to the family. The little creature allowed Romelo to pet it and looked square into the camera’s lens when Monica took a picture while holding it.
Rodney and Romelo are Monica’s kids with ex-boyfriend Rodney “Rocko” Hill Sr. The singer has three kids in all.
