Fashion model and actress Denise Vasi is expecting a child with husband Anthony Mandler. The ‘All My Children’ star shared the good news on Twitter earlier this week. “Then comes baby in the baby carriage,” tweeted Denise. Anthony also wrote, “Greatest creation yet is on the way.”
Denise and Anthony wed on October 14, 2013, several years after meeting to discuss Lil Wayne’s music video for ‘How to Love.’ Denise recalled the first meeting like it was yesterday, telling media that she was excited to be a part of the music video and that her husband, who was serving as the film’s director at the time, took her by surprise. “He was running a little late [for the meeting],” said the actress. “He came from behind me and apologized. I turned around and thought ‘Oh my God, that’s my husband.'”
Apparently Anthony agreed as he asked Denise to be his wife during their tour of Europe in 2012. “As the sun set he asked me to be his wife,” said Vasi of Mandler’s romantic proposal in Greece. “It was the most beautiful place and the most beautiful moment,” added the star.
Anthony and Denise are expecting their first child.
