Michael Jackson’s in-laws are jumping on the reality TV bandwagon!
The yet-to-be-titled show, which premiers on Reelz this November, will focus on some extended Jackson family members. Alejandra Jackson, Jermaine Jackson’s ex-wife, and her five children believe starring in this show will allow them to end the secrecy. While living in the Jackson family compound, from which they were expelled after Michael’s death in 2009, the family says they were “very sheltered”, and “had to watch what they said.” Now, they’re ready to expose all.
The family is a little unconventional. Alejandra’s first two children, Randy jr. and Genvieve, were fathered by Randy jackson with whom she had a relationship with prior to marrying his brother, Jermaine. With Jermaine, Alejandra had two more children, Jaafar and Jermajesty. She also raised a son named Donte, who was originally adopted by Katherine and Joe Jackson. All five will be starring alongside Alejandra in the series.
Recently, Randy Jr. has spoken about their decision to come out of the so-called, “Jackson Bubble”. He said, “People already had a preconceived judgment of us and we weren’t speaking. Now we feel comfortable enough to show how we really are.”
