Stevie J was released from court on Monday, June 23, 2014, after posting $25,000 bail. The Reality TV star was previously arrested for owing $1 million in child support to Carol Bennett, who parents two kids with Stevie.
The New York Daily News reports,
“Steven (Stevie J) Jordan, a Grammy Award-winning rap producer and reality TV star arrested this month for allegedly owing $1 million in child support, was released on a $25,000 bond after a court hearing in Manhattan Federal Court. Jordan, 42, a cast member on VH1’s ‘Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta,’ must undergo pretrial drug treatment, a judge ruled Monday after prosecutors said he tested positive for marijuana and cocaine.”
Stevie J spent time with his children at Six Flags earlier this month. The reality star also has a daughter named Eva Giselle with Mimi Faust.
