Zendaya and Trevor Jackson have made it no secret that they are close friends. Now the two young stars are talking about why they’re besties.
The folks at Get Schooled recently sat down and chatted with the two teen stars about how they met, their favorite memories of each other, what makes them laugh and much more.
During the interview Zendaya and Trevor chatted about the best part of being friends in the same industry.
Trevor: It’s the best part of the friendship because everything that you go through in this life that we’re living, there aren’t too many people that are in the same space. Relating to someone and just getting stuff off your chest with someone that understands what you’re saying is really just a great outlet. You might have friends that may not understand and when you have a friend that’s in the same place, it’s just easy to relate to them.
Zendaya: It’s like I knew at one point in our lives we were bound to become friends because everything we do is at the same time. It’s really weird. It’s like, ‘Hey I’m in New York. You’re in New York with the same producer. I’m at so and so. Oh, me too.’
Both artists are busy taking their careers to the next level. Trevor recently released a new song, Good Girl Bad Girl and has also been featured on a track with rapper Diggy. Zendaya is promoting her upcoming Disney Channel movie, “Zapped” and her new show “K.C. Undercover.”
