Emani Richardson is following in the footsteps of her mom in fashion design. The 9-year-old recently shared plans to launch her new clothing line, ‘Emula,’ at the 2nd Annual Atlanta Celebrity Kids Fashion show on Saturday (May 10). “We are excited to announce that @emanirichardson will be debuting her line at the #ATLCelebrityKidsFashionShow,” read a tweet from the event’s Instagram page. Miss Richardson is expected to feature t-shirts and other clothing from her line that is simply fashion forward.
It was just a few months ago that Erica Dixon, Emani’s mom, launched her own clothing brand. ‘Classix’ made its debut by way of a special fashion show that featured some of the best and brightest models in the Atlanta area. Rasheeda, from ‘Love & Hip Hop,’ served as one of the judges in the show, and several other celebrities stopped by to show their support.
This year’s Atlanta Celebrity Kids Fashion show will carry the goal of empowering children in the local community to reach for the stars. King Harris, son of T.I. and Tiny Harris, will host the event.
