Are King and Major Harris loving stardom? Yes and no. Tameka “Tiny” Harris recently sat down with Wendy Williams to talk about her life as a celebrity mom, and told the talk show host that her youngest sons share mixed feelings when it comes to being on television.
“King, he’s overdoing it,” said Tiny. “If he sees me taking a picture, he jumps in and I’m like, ‘They didn’t ask for you.’ My other son, Major, he’s not really, he doesn’t really like it.” Tiny further revealed that Major doesn’t like being recognized in public as a reality star and refuses to take pictures with fans.
The singer and entrepreneur also gave young girls who want to break into the music industry a bit of advice. “Definitely learn the business,” explained the star. “Learn what you’re doing and get involved in every aspect because you know, when you’re just being an artist and they tell you ‘Be an artist’, but you know, you really need to learn what’s going on so you’ll know when they’re pulling the wool over your eyes and when you need to be doing other things.”
Tiny parents six kids with husband T.I. You can catch the Harris family every week on their reality show, ‘T.I. & Tiny: The Family Hustle,’ which airs on Vh1.
