Check them out! The Sabathia kids are back on the runway and making a name for mom. Cyia, Jaden, Carter and Carsten showed off Amber Sabathia’s clothing line at this year’s Petitie Parade during Kids Fashion Week in New York City. The girls smiled wide as they wore the latest designs in mom’s collection, while the boys gave off handsome looks in their ‘CCandy’ shirts.
It was just a few months ago that CC Sabathia talked about his kids and how they are helping mom spread the word about her clothing designs. “To watch my wife put this together two years ago, to come up with the idea, and to be able to see it with the shirts and everything we have, the hoodies — I mean, it was unbelievable. To see my kids modeling it, it was even better,” said the MLB player.
Amber came up with the concept of creating a sports clothing line for kids that was fashionable and affordable after being dissatisfied with what the baseball league had to offer its youngest fans in terms of outer wear. ‘CCandy’ is the edgy approach to sports gear that allows children to show their love for baseball in style.
The Sabathias have four kids together. The Petite Parade fashion show was held on Saturday, March 8, 2014.
