The doctor is now a father. Jesse Williams and his wife, Aryn, welcomed a little girl into the world last month, having their bundle of joy to hold just in time for Christmas and New Year’s. Us Weekly confirmed the birth, telling readers that the Williams decided to name their daughter Sadie.
Jesse expressed pure joy in being a father a few months back, explaining to PEOPLE magazine that he shares in his wife’s cravings. “I’m acquiring some of the symptoms. I’ve definitely put on a few [pounds],” said the actor. “I don’t think I’ve been eating anything different. I’m just not moving … I’m just putting on pounds. I think it’s a medical issue — I should ask somebody on my show.”
Williams is best known for his role as Dr. Avery on the hit television drama, ‘Grey’s Anatomy.’ Sadie is his and Aryn’s first child together.
