Tia Mowry-Hardrict is ready for another baby and is gearing up to consult with her husband about adding to the family tree. The actress tells Parade that she has baby yearns like never before and hopes her husband jumps on board with her desire to have another child.
“It’s a big topic of all of my conversations and I think it’s time to convince my husband,” says Tia. “I definitely want another child. I have baby fever like no other!”
Mrs. Hardrict also discusses her gig as the hip parent on Nickelodeon’s Instant Mom. “I’m learning about motherhood every single day working on this television show, mainly because I work with three kids and they range from a 9-year-old, a 12-year-old, and a 16-year-old. The topic of each episode is what these kids are going through, their journeys.”
The actress adds, “I’m always adding my nurturing side, and I see myself very much as a protector. The first thing you want to do is protect your children. A lot of my motivation with this particular role comes from a protecting place. I want to protect these kids, I want to nurture these kids, I want to be the best mom I can possibly be to these kids, and I’m like that in real life, so I apply those qualities to the character.”
Cree is Tia and husband Cory Hardrict’s first child. He will celebrate his third birthday next year.
