Shanola Hampton is expecting a baby girl this winter! The actress recently confirmed her and husband Daren Dukes’ expectancy with PEOPLE magazine telling the media source, “We are beyond excited to expand our family and begin this new chapter. Words can’t describe the joy our hearts feel.”
Hampton, who stars on Showtime’s television series Shameless, later took to Twitter this past weekend to say, “Thanks to everyone for all the congratulations! My husband and I are crazy excited to bring a new life into the world! I appreciate all of you so much!”
This will be the first child for Shanola and Daren, who have been married for 13 years. The fourth season of Shameless premieres Jan. 12.
