It was a trip to the land of Oz for Zahara who boarded a flight from Los Angeles to Sydney, Australia earlier this week. The 8-year-old accompanied mom, Angelina Jolie, and her five siblings on the plane as the whole family made their way through photographers and fans. Zahara was the calm and collected one, holding her sister’s hand while walking around the airport, while Vivienne was the more outgoing celeb kid who smiled wide for the cameras.
Jolie recently underwent a double mastectomy in February after discovering that she had an 87% chance of developing breast cancer like her mother and aunt. “My Mother fought cancer for almost a decade and died at 56,” wrote Jolie in a special segment of the New York Times. “Once I knew that this [too] was my reality, I decided to be proactive and to minimize the risk as much I could. I made a decision to have a preventive double mastectomy.”
Jolie is a mother to six kids-Shiloh, Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Vivienne, Knox-departing on a flight at LAX airport in Los Angeles, California on September 4, 2013.. She and actor Brad Pitt are engaged to be married.
