Lukensia was all smiles while out for lunch in Malibu, California on 6/23/13 with her parents Jillian Michaels and Heidi Rhoades, and her little brother Phoenix. The three-year-old looked ready for action in her pink tank and gray leggings.
Michaels recently sat down with Shape magazine to give insight into her life. Not only did the fitness guru give advice on healthy living, but she also talked about how parenthood has changed her life for the better. “You really get confronted with all of your immaturity and selfishness [when parenting],” said Michaels. “It forces you to grow up and to be realistic and to make true sacrifice.”
Jillian adopted Lukensia out of Haiti in May 2012. The fitness expert welcomed Phoenix into the world later that month.
