Lisa Leslie cherishes the moment as she cuddles her 2-year-old son, Michael. The basketball sensation looks lovingly on her son as he sleeps in her arms. “I don’t know how many more times I have for this to happen!! I ❤Him soo much!! I can’t believe he let me rock him to sleep,” tweets Leslie.
Lisa is becoming accustomed to doubling as mom and teacher to her daughter Lauren,5, who brings homework from school for both of them to complete. “I didn’t get the Mommy Memo’ when your child has homework so do You!! Grrrrr.. Lol,” writes the star.
Even with the hustle and bustle of being mom and study partner, Leslie commits herself to healthy living through a balanced diets and advises her fans to do the same. “Make an effort to prepare meals that are colorful, diverse in ingredients and flavors and portioned intelligently,” says the star athlete. “Balance lean protein, complex carbohydrates and fat at each meal to satisfy taste buds and ensure proper nutrition.”
Michael and Lauren are Lisa and husband Michael Lockwood’s kids.
