Alexis Welch, who is the fiancée of NBA player Amare Stoudemire, recently opened up to NY magazine about how she and her future husband balance the household this coming basketball season.
“This is a partnership. We’re going to get everything balanced, and that will be reflected on the court. I’m taking care of the household, making sure the kids are straight, the dog has his food, making sure Amar’e can be a dad at the end of the day, do something that has nothing to do with basketball”, she said.
Alexis and the New York Knicks player are engaged to be married sometime next year. The couple will tie the knot after ten years of courtship.
