Actress Aurora Perrineau,17, shined for the red carpet at the premiere of Air Collision on Friday, March 17, 2012. The showing was held at 1253 Vine street in Hollywood, California. Perrineau stars as intern to actor Reginald VelJohnson in the movie that places man against machine.

After the air traffic control system is destroyed by a solar storm, it is up to VelJohnson and Perrineau to re-establish communication lines and prevent a catastrophic collision between Air Force One and a passenger plane. At one point, it looks like the aircraft control trainer and trainee will be unsuccessful in their efforts when Air Force One fires a missile into the civilian aircraft killing one passenger on board. It is not until the final minutes of the movie that the audience discovers whether or not VelJohnson and Perrineau lead a successful mission.  Designed to be a Thriller, Air Collision will have audiences on the edge of their seats until the very end.

Actors Paul Bales, David Michael Latt, and Meredith Thomas, who plays the First Lady of the United States, are also featured in the film.  Air Collision is expected to make its public debut on Tuesday, March 27, 2012.
