Dwayne Carter III,3, has ‘swag’, according to his big sister Reginae Carter,13. Reginae posted a picture of her little brother on Twitter and told all of her fans, “My brother be swaggin.” In one of the pictures, Dwayne III can be seen lying on a bed with a TOMS shoe on board. In addition to Dwayne Carter III, Reginae is the proud sister of brothers Neal (mom is Nivea ) and Cameron (mom is Lauren London).
