Jacob Latimore,15, recently joined Above The Influence’s Unwasted Weekend campaign to encourage creativity among teenagers. Since its inception, Above The Influence has produced several advertisements that challenge kids to live above peer pressure that leads to illegal activity.
For his segment of the campaign, Latimore encourages children to create t-shirts that describe their positive attributes. Kids can participate by creating and uploading images of shirts to Twitter, Facebook, and other social media outlets. Participants should be sure to tag the photo as #unwastedweekend.
Latimore has received much attention for his performance in the BET Christmas Special. Jacob serves the entertainment industry as both singer and actor.
