Jacob Latimore,15, recently performed on the BET Christmas special. He was joined by Monica and other singers who rendered various Christmas carols.

Latimore was interviewed by BET after his performance. When asked about his future goal aspirations, Jacob said that he wanted to have balance in his career. Latimore states, “I’m actually going to be guest starring in a new BET show called ‘Reed Between the Lines’ starring Tracee Ellis Ross and Malcom-Jamal Warner. I’ve also done tons of other acting stuff. I was in a movie called ‘Vanishing on 7th Street,’ that came out sometime at the beginning of this year. I’ve just kind of been having fun with the acting thing, [but] I want to balance out my career too.”

Latimore also revealed his Hollywood crushes. “I like Meagan Good. She’s always been my favorite for a while. I really like the new girl in the ‘Transformers’ movie; I think her name is Rosie Huntington. I’m just a 15-year-old boy, [whose] got a crush on any fine girl.”

Jacob made his debut a few years ago on Radio Disney with his single, “Best Friend.” He has since signed with RCA Records and Crown World Entertainment. Latimore recently released “Nothing On Me” and the radio version of “Like ‘Em All” to ecstatic fans.
