Chanita and her husband have six children in all. “I biologically birthed a [now] 1-year-old, 3-year-old and 4-year-old,” Chanita said to website Momlogic in 2010. “When my husband and I met, there was a young lady pregnant, and down the line in our relationship we found out, and now we have a 5-year-old stepdaughter. Then we have my adopted daughter, who just turned 20. And there’s only one son in our group who we take care of. He lives in Swaziland, Africa, where we are building a school, so we travel back and forth every three months.”
