50 Cent has asked a Florida judge to protect his 14-year-old son, Sire Jackson, from Tia Kemp, whom he accuses of repeatedly harassing the teenager online.
TMZ reports that the rapper filed a petition Monday, October 26, in Miami-Dade County, asking the court to prohibit Kemp from stalking, cyberstalking or harassing Sire.

The filing alleges that Kemp targeted Sire four times over six days, including during an October 25 interview in which she mocked his speech and claimed he was on the autism spectrum.
She also allegedly posted a photo of Sire alongside a sexually explicit image of a woman the petition suggests is his mother, Daphne Joy.
50 Cent’s attorneys had previously sent Kemp a cease-and-desist letter demanding that she remove the material. According to the petition, she instead shared part of the letter online with the caption, “F u and ya lawyers.”

The rapper says the posts have caused his son mental anguish. On Instagram, he called Kemp’s comments “the greatest example of bullying a minor” and stressed that “it’s not a joke.”
The dispute between 50 Cent and Kemp began after a reported assault on her 21-year-old son, William Roberts III, whom she shares with Rick Ross.
William told Daytona Beach police that a man threatened him with a gun and struck him in the head near Bethune-Cookman University on October 11. A suspect was arrested on October 16 and later released on bond.

After 50 Cent publicly mocked the reported assault and voiced support for the accused man, Kemp responded with social media posts criticizing the rapper and his family.
Kemp has since addressed the legal action on Instagram, where she accused 50 Cent of starting a dispute he could not handle.
“You can’t bully me,” she said.
50 Cent is requesting a temporary injunction against Kemp, followed by a final injunction after a court hearing. As of the latest reports, a judge has not ruled on his request.
