Chris Brown is firing back after Diamond Brown filed a new court declaration seeking more financial support for their 4-year-old daughter, Lovely Symphani Brown.

The singer took to Instagram Stories on Monday to accuse Diamond of keeping him from their daughter while presenting what he called a “false narrative” to the court.
“Not allowing me to have time with my child so you can run with a false narrative to the court is disgusting,” Chris wrote.
He also pushed back against claims that he is not providing enough financial support for Lovely. According to Chris, he pays for Diamond’s home, two cars, Lovely’s schooling and medical expenses, along with $10,000 a month.
“There is no 50/50 co parenting,” he wrote. “I LITERALLY PAY FOR EVERYTHING, her cars(2), her HOUSE, SCHOOLING, MEDICAL, and 10K a month.”

Chris also addressed Diamond’s claim that he has not seen Lovely in seven months. While confirming the length of the separation, he blamed Diamond for keeping them apart.
“I HAVENT SEEN MY DAUGHTER IN 7 months,” he wrote. “I DONT CARE ABOUT This BITTER BABYMOMMA or who she date. I CARE ABOUT MY CHILD. I wanna know what she tells LOVELY when she asks about her dad.”
The Grammy winner went on to say that his payments are documented and that he is prepared to show receipts if necessary. He also denied caring about Diamond’s dating life and accused her of trying to provoke a reaction that could later be used against him in court.
“I DONT CARE WHAT SHE GOT GOING ON. I JUST WANNA SEE LOVELY!” he wrote.
He ended his response by saying he did not plan to address the dispute publicly again because of the effect it could have on his children.
“THIS IS MY LAST TIME ADDRESSING THIS SH@T BECAUSE ITS NOT FAIR TO LOVELY, AEKO, ARROW, AND RORO,” he wrote.
Chris also received support from the mothers of his other children.
Jada Wallace, who shares son Arrow with the singer, directly addressed Diamond in an Instagram Story.
“Diamond please.. Everyone of us is OVERLY taken care of and you know that. Stop being ungrateful and miserable,” she wrote.

Ammika Harris, the mother of Chris’ son Aeko, also weighed in.
“Here we go again. I don’t involve myself in nonsense, but come on now—it’s enough!” she wrote. “All of the children are very well taken care of by their dad. They always have been, and they always will be. EVERYTHING EQUALLY!!! Let’s be real, girly!”
Nia Guzman, who shares daughter Royalty with Chris, also showed her support. She reposted a message from Royalty’s Instagram account praising Chris as a father who “takes care of ALL his responsibilities” and makes sure none of his children is cared for more than another.
Earlier today, TMZ reported details from Diamond’s filing, including her claim that she earns about $1,500 a month.
She argues that the large difference between her income and Chris’ should be taken into account when determining child support.
The former couple’s custody case began in April, when Diamond sought legal and physical custody of Lovely with visitation for Chris. He later asked the court for joint legal and physical custody.
