Nevaeh Akira’s ex Robert Louis Lee, better known as DJ LetThemKnow, is asking a judge for joint legal and physical custody of their 4-year-old son, Superior.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Lee filed a petition in August proposing a parenting plan that would divide the week between both parents and give Superior what he described as a “predictable routine.”
Over the past month, the former couple’s contentious relationship has increasingly played out on social media. Both have accused the other of poor parenting.
One of the most serious allegations surfaced when Superior called his mom while she was out with Blueface and claimed his father had choked him. Lee denied hurting the 4-year-old and said the incident happened while the two were roughhousing.
“I never hurt my kid or grabbed him or choked him,” Lee later said.
Lee’s parents have also spoken out about not seeing their grandson. His father questioned why Superior was being kept away from the family and said they all wanted to maintain a relationship with him.
Akira has not publicly detailed how she plans to respond to Lee’s custody petition. She has, however, accused her ex of clout chasing.
The influencer became a mom of two in August when she welcomed Johnathan Jamall Porter Jr. with rapper Blueface.
She shared the first look at their baby boy on Instagram with a video of Blueface holding the newborn.
“Say hey to our new face. Jonathan Jamall Porter Jr.,” she captioned the post.
In another update, Akira revealed that her son was born on Aug. 18 at 4:33 p.m. He weighed 8 pounds, 1.5 ounces and measured just over 20 inches long.
“He his daddy son,” she wrote.
Just weeks after their baby’s arrival, Blueface ended his relationship with Akira during a livestream on Sept. 8. She later confirmed the split on social media and expressed hope that they could eventually establish a healthy co-parenting relationship.
“I don’t want anger or hurt to take away from the beautiful thing we created together,” she wrote at the time.
