RIHANNA BRINGS HER KIDS BACK TO THE BARBADOS STREET WHERE SHE GREW UP

Rihanna is showing her kids where it all began.

The singer recently brought her three children — sons RZA, 4, and Riot, 3, and daughter Rocki Irish — to the Barbados street where she grew up.

Formerly known as Westbury New Road, the St. Michael street was renamed Rihanna Drive in her honor in 2017.

Rihanna shared photos and video from the family visit on Instagram on Tuesday, Aug. 11.

In one photo, she poses with her sons beside a “Rihanna” marker while holding Rocki, who will celebrate her first birthday next month. Another clip shows the mom of three gathering all of her children close for a family pose.

For Rihanna, bringing her kids back to the neighborhood where she spent her early years made for a surreal experience.

“One minute I feel like that kid from Westbury…the next minute I’m bringing my own kids back to ‘Rihanna Drive,’” she wrote.

“Trippy how life works!” Rihanna continued. “And the Glory STILL and WILL ALWAYS belong to the Almighty Creator!!!”

Rihanna, born Robyn Rihanna Fenty, grew up on Westbury New Road before becoming one of Barbados’ biggest international stars. The road was officially renamed Rihanna Drive on Nov. 30, 2017, as the country celebrated its Independence Day.
