Blueface has had a change of heart.
Earlier today, the rapper took to his Instagram Stories to claim Chrisean Rock’s 2-year-old son, Chrisean Jr. Alongside a photo of the mother and son, he simply wrote, “My son.”
The post comes five months after Blueface publicly claimed he was not Chrisean Jr.’s biological father.
At the time, he alleged that the child was actually the son of Rock’s late ex-boyfriend, Karon “Ronny Doe” Cann.
“Jr is not my biological son RIP to his father Ronny I can no longer continue the plot it doesn’t feel right as a present father in all my kids life to be discredited as a absence father to a child that is not biologically mine I tried my best to fill in the blanks because his biological father is no longer with us but I can’t continue the plot it doesn’t feel right,” he wrote.
Rock quickly denied the accusation, telling fans on her Instagram Stories that Blueface was making “public statements that are simply not true” in an effort “to provoke a response.”
In subsequent messages, the rapper accused Blueface of repeatedly disrespecting their son in public and said that is why she set boundaries between them.
“I’m not diminishing you as a father. But I’m not going to pretend everything is okay when you’ve repeatedly disrespected our son publicly for clout. Because of that, I don’t trust you around him right now.”
Questions surrounding Chrisean Jr.’s paternity have persisted since his birth.
Before his death, Ronny Doe publicly claimed he was the child’s father. Rock, however, has consistently maintained that Blueface is Chrisean Jr.’s father despite his repeated denials.
About a month after making those claims, Ronny reportedly confronted Rock while she was shopping with her infant son at a mall, prompting police to respond.
In February 2025, Ronny Doe was shot and killed in Severn, Maryland, in what investigators believe was a targeted attack. Police found him outside a home with multiple gunshot wounds and transported him to a nearby hospital, where he later died.
More than a year later, the case remains unsolved, and authorities have not publicly identified a suspect.
