Mike Epps is celebrating a proud dad moment as his daughter River Epps officially graduates from high school.
The comedian shared the news on Instagram alongside a message for his daughter as she prepares for college.

“Congratulations to my daughter River graduating on your High school Graduation on her way to College continue to evolve as the beautiful young Lady that you have become proud of you the world is yours love you,” he wrote.
Back in April, Epps revealed that River had officially committed to attend North Carolina A&T.
“Congratulations to my daughter river on the way to college very proud of you the world is yours now I have 3 daughters in college God is great.”

River, who was born on Dec. 15, 2007, is one of Mike Epps’ eight children. The actor and comedian first became a father in 1993 when he welcomed his daughter Bria, followed by Makayla in 1999. He later welcomed daughters Moriah and Madison with his then-wife Mechelle McCain in 2005 and 2007, respectively.
After splitting from McCain in 2017, Epps married Kyra Epps in 2019 and later welcomed their daughter Indiana in 2020 and son Mike Jr. in 2021.

During a previous appearance on Big Boy’s show, Epps spoke about raising his children and maintaining strong relationships with the mothers of his kids.
“I got great baby mamas. They’re great mothers to my children. I have to say that. Every last one of them are great mothers and are smart,” he said.

“I got three kids in college. I got a daughter at USC, I got a daughter at NYU, and I got another daughter going to FAMU. My oldest daughter is working as an attorney,” he continued.
“So, you know what I’m saying? I put in the work to have a good formula. It ain’t no, ‘I got five baby mamas and I’m living in the hood, we on food stamps, I’m in and out of jail, and the daughters got kids.’”
