Serena Williams had a memorable Easter with her family.
The tennis icon, 44, shared a series of photos on Instagram on April 6, showing how she spent the holiday with her husband, Alexis Ohanian, and their two daughters, Olympia,8, and Adira,2.

In one photo, Serena posed with her girls as they adorably flashed peace signs, while another captured a full family moment with Alexis holding their youngest.
Alongside the photos, Williams reflected on motherhood, saying, “I don’t share these moments often, but being their mom is my favorite place to be. I’m with them 363 out of 365 days a year — and I wouldn’t trade it for anything. This weekend was everything,” she wrote.

Earlier this year, Williams made an appearance on Today with Jenna & Sheinelle, where she spoke candidly about parenting her two daughters.
She described her oldest Olympia as “sweet” and the best big sister!” She added, “And then the little one, Adira, she’s feisty, but she’s nice.”
Williams also shared that she sometimes has to check herself so she doesn’t go too easy on her youngest.
“I mean, I’m obsessed. I’m the youngest, so I always have to make sure that I’m not being, you know, not necessarily favorites, but being too nice. ‘Let her have it! Let her do it!’ Because Olympia will be like, ‘No!’ And I’m like, ‘No, let her do it!’”

Like Serena, Ohanian is also vocal about spending quality time with his children and being present as a father. “Being this very simple agenda of how cool it is to be a father is something that I actually think is more important than ever. I wish I had heard more serious alpha business dudes when I was a kid talking about how much they wanna kick ass in business and how much they wanna kick ass as a dad.”
He continued, “Those things are not mutually exclusive, and so many of the highest performers I have now met are exactly that. And again, that’s a storyline that I don’t remember ever seeing in messaging when I was a kid growing up, and all I saw was the, yes, do whatever you can to be the best at work, at your career, and not this other side. And I like the fact that the meta is starting to shift. It’s just so damn important.”
