BEYONCÉ SHARES RARE GLIMPSE OF SON SIR CARTER DURING COWBOY CARTER TOUR

During the show, fans saw a rare home video featuring the singer’s son, Sir Carter.

The on-screen footage included all three of Beyoncé and JAY-Z’s children: Blue Ivy, Rumi, and Sir. But it was the seldom-seen Sir who drew the most attention.

While his sisters have made occasional public appearances, Sir, who is Rumi’s twin, has mostly stayed behind-the-scenes.

The clip gave fans a brief but meaningful glimpse of the more reserved Carter sibling.

Beyoncé’s mother, Tina Knowles, previously spoke about her grandson’s quiet nature.

“Sir is very quiet,” she told E! News in 2024, adding that he gravitates more toward “all of the numbers stuff, so he’s not into fashion as much.”

While Sir tends to shy away from the spotlight, the same can’t be said for Rumi.

The 7-year-old joined her mom and older sister, Blue Ivy, during Monday night’s performance. Fan-captured video showed her full of excitement as she made her onstage debut to “Protector,” the track she’s featured on from the Cowboy Carter album.

Beyoncé and husband Jay-Z have been intentional about protecting their children’s privacy. In a 2024 interview with GQ, Beyoncé shared her approach to parenting in the public eye.

“One thing I’ve worked extremely hard on is making sure my kids can have as much normalcy and privacy as possible, ensuring my personal life isn’t turned into a brand,” she said. “It’s very easy for celebrities to turn our lives into performance art. I have made an extreme effort to stay true to my boundaries and protect myself and my family. No amount of money is worth my peace.”
