Last weekend, NBA star LeBron James shared some funny moments with his nine-year-old daughter, Zhuri. The pair can be seen laughing courtside as they were getting ready to enjoy watching Zhuri’s big brother, Bryce, on the basketball court.
Zhuri, who recently turned nine, is the youngest of the Los Angeles Lakers player’s children with whom he shares with wife, Savannah.
On their daughter’s special day, both James and his wife took to Instagram to wish their “princess” a special happy birthday. Savannah uploaded a video of Zhuri at her birthday celebration for all to enjoy as well to the tune of “Birthday Girl,” by Amyna Love.
Savanna captioned her post, “Happiest birthday to my favorite girl,” she continued, “I can’t believe the baby of my babies is nine.”
LeBron also wrote a special birthday message to his daughter on his official Instagram account. The 38-year-old captioned a carousel of images saying, “Happy Bday My Princess. Love you infinity and more.”
In addition to the third grader and son Bryce, James and his wife are also parents to 19-year-old, Bronny James.
Bronny, finally had the opportunity to make his debut on the basketball court after months of recuperation and rehabilitation as a result of suffering a life-threatening cardiac arrest during a USC practice back in the summer. The eldest of the James children was diagnosed with a congenital heart defect, but received the green light from doctors to resume playing with the Trojans on November 30.
The USC freshman took the court in front of a sold out crowd. And of course, LeBron James was nothing less than emotional at his son’s historic moment.
“Can’t even tell y’all how EMOTIONAL today was for me! I’m literally drained and all I can say is @bronny you’re simply INCREDIBLE!!” James captioned a video of his son on the court. He continued, “Damn the wins and loses that will occur. You’ve already won the ultimate goal/championship and that’s LIFE!!! Proud of you kid and today you’ve given me more life! Thank you and I love you.”
Despite being a busy professional himself, King James is truly one incredible father as he shows up for all of his children, and as we see with Zhuri, can still make them laugh and have fun.
