Jasmin “Jazzy” Brown graced the premiere of “Maxine’s Baby: A Tyler Perry Story” at Rialto Center for the Arts on November 8, 2023 in Atlanta, Georgia.
Brown took to Instagram to share her excitement about the event and express her admiration for Tyler Perry’s resilience. “Last night was magical.
I am so proud of the big boss @tylerperry for being so resilient!!!!! GO WATCH THE FILM #MaxinesBaby streaming on Amazon Prime Video 11/17. That’s all I can tell you. That man is resilient!”
Jasmin “Watch Jazzy” Brown is expecting her first child with boyfriend Cam Newton.
“Third times [sic] a charm tour coming to a comedy stage near you,” the stand-up comedian announced last month.
Brown’s announcement featured a picture of her proudly showing off her baby bump for the first time. In the photo, she holds up three fingers next to the words “BABY MOMMA 3”, a reference to the fact she will be the third woman to have a child with Cam Newton.
While this is the pregnant star’s first child, this will be Newton’s eighth. The NFL player shares five children with ex-fiancée Kia Proctor: Chosen, Sovereign Dior, Camidas, Cashmere and Proctor’s daughter, Shakira from a previous relationship. Additionally, he has two children with ex LaReina Shaw: son Caesar, and Shaw’s son Jaden from a previous partner.
In 2020, Newton shared a poignant message on Instagram, writing, “I’m a proud father of seven. A Daddy isn’t defined as the man who makes the child. Blood doesn’t always make you DADDY being a dad comes from the heart.”
