Nick Cannon’s ex, Lanisha Cole, is expecting her first child. The model/photographer took to Instagram on Sunday (May 8) to share the exciting news of her pregnancy.
“God has blessed me with so many beautiful things in life but this by far is my greatest blessing,” Lanisha told her social media fans. “I can’t wait to meet my little pan dulce,” Cole continued. “Sending my love to all the Moms and Moms-to-be! Happy Mother’s Day.”
Lanisha Cole was in a relationship with Nick Cannon last year at around the time Abby De La Rosa was expecting twins with the veteran entertainer. Some thought Lanisha was also expecting a child with Nick. The model, however, struck down such rumors. “I’m not pregnant,” Lanisha said. “I’m not hiding a baby,” she continued. “Chill.”

It was during Nick’s COVID-19 scare that Lanisha Cole was present. The model took to Instagram after the entertainer was cleared to express excitement over being able to hold his hand.
“I’ve legit been on such a roller coaster of emotions for the past week,” Cole told her fans. “Like, this is honestly the first time that I’ve been so close to somebody who’s caught COVID,” the model continued. “So I have no idea,” Cole said. “I don’t know what the game plan is. Like how to process it emotionally, but he’s back … and he’s good. I’m back … I’m good.”
Dozens took to Instagram to congratulate Lanisha Cole on her expectancy. “Congratulations,” Mickey Guyton shared in the comments section of Cole’s Instagram post. “Congrats Lanisha,” Jamie Perkins exclaimed. “You’re going to make a great mum.” Another fan agreed saying, “You are going to make an amazing mommy just based on your self-love alone; never mind all other wonderful attributes we do not know of.”
Lanisha has not revealed the father of her child as of yet.
