During quarantine have your kids taken up crafting? Or maybe they have always been interested in becoming the next crafting sensation of today? Well, do we have a show for you! HBO Max has just launched a new show dedicated to any and all things crafty entitled, Craftopia.
The show is a truly epic kids crafting competition, hosted and executive produced by YouTube influencer, Lauren Riihimaki, aka LaurDIY, who has been hailed as, the “millennial Martha Stewart” by Forbes. Kids, ages nine to 15-years-old compete and put their imaginations to the test to make their crafting dreams come true, meeting larger-than-life challenges, making truly inventive and amazing creations in order to take home the ‘Craftrophia.’
LaurDIY is unquestionably the right person to lead contestants on their crafting journeys as boasts a following of 8.9 million subscribers on her YouTube channel. Riihimaki is the leading DIY and lifestyle personality on YouTube today, having inspired a global fanbase among millennials and Gen Z audiences.
Craftopia is also executive produced by Rhett Bachner and Brien Meagher for B17 Entertainment.
