Pooch Hall is in a serious legal bind. The celebrity father faces six years in jail for both child abuse and driving under the influence (DUI).
Hall’s troubles began several weeks ago when the celebrity father got behind the wheel while intoxicated and decided to let his 2-year-old drive while sitting on his lap. Pooch was arrested for DUI and endangering a child. Meanwhile, the celebrity father’s toddler was released into the care of his mother, Linda Hall.
Now, Pooch Hall is staring down the barrel of several years behind bars for his actions on that unfortunate Wednesday evening. According to Deadline,
“The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office announced that Marion Henry Hall (Pooch Hall) will be arraigned tomorrow and faces one felony count of child abuse. He is also charged with ‘one misdemeanor count each of driving under the influence of an alcoholic beverage and driving with a .08 percent blood alcohol content,’ Jackie Lacey’s team said Tuesday afternoon.
Put together, those charges could see Hall sent to state prison for up to six years if he is found guilty. The D.A. is asking the L.A. Superior Court to set bail at $100,000.”
