Grey’s Anatomy actor Jesse Williams recently asked a judge to reduce his $50K monthly child support but it was denied.
Last month Williams requested a new trial after being ordered to pay $100K per month, which included $50K in spousal support. Williams argued that he was a victim of “error in law” as the rate was based on his monthly salary of $512K.
His estranged wife, Aryn Drake-Lee, requested after the initial ruling an increase from $50,000 to $73,369. Her request was also denied. According to court documents, the only thing that the couple has agreed upon is that their children, “should live a simple life without wasting money on the extravaganza.”
