Joseline Hernandez is eliminating any excuse you may have for not working out this summer. The celebrity mom recently shared video clips of her tackling exercise on the beach with her daughter, Bonnie Bella, sitting on the sidelines.

“No excuses,” Joseline captioned underneath footage of her doing squats while Bonnie sat and observed. The 1-year-old appeared to engage in a bit of physical activity as well as she flung her arms in the air while her mom did the more complicated routines.

Joseline is joining others in the Results in 28 Days Challenge (RI28). The workout program is meant to tighten your muscles while burning fat. Perhaps the coolest thing about the RI28 Challenge is that the routines do not require equipment. You don’t even have to make shake mixtures that take ten extra minutes out of your morning schedule. The focus of this exercise plan is just that: physical activity.

This latest workout venture with RI28 is one of many projects Joseline has going for herself. It was just last year that Hernandez revealed the motivation behind her drive to succeed.
