Shai is Joie’s child with Shad Moss, a.k.a. Bow Wow. The little one was born in 2011 to the surprise of many fans who did not learn of Bow Wow fathering a child until weeks after Shai’s birth. “He didn’t say much,” Joie told media shortly after Shad announced that he was a dad. “He just kept looking at her like wow,” she added. “He just kept saying, ‘Wow! She’s so beautiful I can’t believe I’m a father.'”
