Drew Sidora has been ordered to pay child support to her ex-husband, Ralph Pittman, as part of their divorce settlement.
According to court documents obtained by PEOPLE, the Real Housewives of Atlanta star will pay Pittman $2,218 per month in child support for their two children, son Machai, 10, and daughter Aniya, 8.
Sidora’s child support payments are scheduled to begin on July 1, with half of the monthly amount due on the first day of each month and the remaining balance due on the 15th.
The payments will continue until the couple’s oldest child turns 18, becomes emancipated, marries, or dies. If the child is still enrolled in high school full time at age 18, support will continue until graduation, though not beyond the age of 20.
Court documents show that Sidora earns a gross monthly income of $38,260.40, while Pittman’s monthly income is listed as $27,449.
Under the agreement, Pittman will be responsible for providing medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage for the children. Any healthcare-related expenses not covered by insurance will be divided equally between both parents.
The settlement also addressed the former couple’s property. Pittman was awarded exclusive ownership of their Atlanta home and has 45 days from the filing date to pay Sidora $145,054.12 for her share of the home’s net equity.
The latest ruling comes just weeks after a judge allowed Sidora to remain in the Georgia mansion while the divorce proceedings were being finalized. She had previously been ordered to vacate the property by May 31 but was later granted permission to stay temporarily.
“I’m grateful for the court’s decision and appreciative that my children and family can continue to have stability during this process. My focus remains on being the best mother I can be, continuing my work, and moving forward with grace, faith, and positivity,” Sidora told People in a statement.
In addition to the two children she shares with Pittman, Sidora is also mom to 14-year-old Josiah from a previous relationship.
