AYESHA HOWARD ACCUSES ANTHONY EDWARDS OF HIDING ASSETS IN ONGOING CHILD SUPPORT CASE

Ayesha Howard is accusing NBA player Anthony Edwards of hiding assets in an ongoing child support dispute involving their daughter, Aubri’.

According to documents obtained by Page Six, Howard filed a request for order in Los Angeles Superior Court, claiming she recently uncovered information that ties the Minnesota Timberwolves guard more closely to California.

In the filing, the Instagram model points to what she describes as Edwards’ business and financial presence in the state, including an LLC, trademarks, a Beverly Hills bank account, and connections to California-based sports agents.

She claims that information was not fully disclosed earlier in the case. In her affidavit, Howard alleges Edwards “intentionally omitted and concealed long-standing financial California-based assets and financial activities at the onset of these California proceedings in an effort to evade personal jurisdiction and child support obligations.”

Howard also says Edwards previously denied having meaningful ties to the state. According to the filing, he “asserted under sworn testimony that he had no personal jurisdictional ties or substantial business connections to the State of California.” In earlier proceedings, he argued the court did not have jurisdiction over him for that reason.

Howard says newly uncovered details show that Edwards has “maintained a business, financial, contractual and economic presence” in California for about six years.

Therefore, she is asking the court to revisit her original child support request in California based on that information.

Page Six reported that requests for comment were sent but not immediately returned.
