Offset and his ex-girlfriend, Shya L’Amour, reunited last month to throw a 10th birthday party for their daughter Kalea. The celebration, which featured an orange and pink Georgia peach theme, was a private affair attended by their closest friends.
Offset shared photos from the event on social media, writing, “Big LELE we had a ball for my baby.”
And a ball they had! Guests in attendance enjoyed some yummy peachy treats, and plenty of activities that kept the kids entertained.
After the party, the fun continued with a special sleepover for Kalea and her friends—just the girls. It was the perfect way to cap off her big day.
Shya L’Amour also took to Instagram to post snaps from the bash. She captioned, “Double Digits. Spring Time Child cuz that’s exactly what you do … give us life.. love you to the moon & back . @lele2litt ..”
Offset, who has six children, including three with estranged wife Cardi B, has always emphasized how important fatherhood is to him. In a past interview, he shared how he manages to balance his career with spending time with his kids.
“Being a father’s important to me personally,” Offset told People magazine in 2022. “For instance, there’s a big party on Saturday, right? In Los Angeles. And my son Kody’s first football game is on Sunday. There’s no way I’m missing either event, so I’m going to have to make it work. It’s priority to me.”
He continued, “I don’t play when it comes to that because I know they’re growing up. It’s cool to be the dad that’s an artist and all that, but when you get older and you start thinking about things, all my kids are [going to be] like, ‘Dang, my daddy balanced all of that and he was able to take care of me, teach me things, help me walk, help me say my first words [and was] still was on tour.'”
