Halle Bailey is showing the world that moms can still get a good workout session in, even with their little ones in tow.
On Thursday, the Little Mermaid star and new mom shared a series of clips on Snapchat, where she was seen working out while her adorable 8-month-old son, Halo, looked on.
Both mom and son sported matching bandanas, making their gym session all the more adorable.
Beyond her workout, Halle opened up about how her diet has changed since becoming a mom. Known for her long-standing commitment to veganism, she explained that her food choices shifted after she became pregnant.
“When I was pregnant, I [just] started craving meat and I was vegan for 13 years up until then”, Halle revealed. “Honestly I was just like well, I’m just going to give my body what it wants right now because I’m doing a really hard job of growing a human and I also wanted to make sure Halo is getting the proper nutrients and things he needed.”
Although she’s no longer strictly vegan, Halle shared that she still loves plant-based meals and eats vegan food most of the time.
“I still love vegan food. I [still] eat it mostly all the time. If I have an inkling or a craving for chicken or something, I’ll eat it. But I don’t eat a lot of meat, but it’s like if I want it, I’m going to have it.”
