Princess Love has made a bold public statement on Instagram, accusing her estranged husband, Ray J, of gaslighting their two children, Epik and Melody Norwood.
The explosive accusation follows a viral video of Ray J engaging in a conversation with their children after he had seemingly had an argument with Love.
In the video, Ray J is heard speaking calmly to his son, Epik, saying, “Dada never did nothing to nobody. Mama never did nothing to me, dada never did nothing to mama, right?”
He then asks, “Have dada put hands on mama, or mama put hands on dada? No, right? Okay, so there’s no reason to call the police. We’re just making a movie. We’re just playing, okay?”
During the exchange, Epik requests to go to Ray J’s house, to which Ray J responds positively but makes sure to stress, “everything is safe here with Melody and everybody.”
The recording takes an emotional turn when Melody, the couple’s daughter, enters the room crying for her brother. Ray J attempts to soothe her by explaining, “Everything is okay” and emphasizes that he and Princess Love still care for each other, adding, “It was just pretend, okay baby?”
Princess Love, who has been vocal about her tumultuous relationship with Ray J in the past, did not stay silent this time.
Taking to her Instagram stories, she fired back at her estranged husband, saying, “This is the only time I’m going to address this. I’ve been trying my best to be the bigger person and just walk away peacefully. But what you’re not going to do is traumatize, manipulate and gaslight my kids when you can’t do it to me anymore. I’ll save my videos for the judge…”
Ray J and Princess Love, who are currently navigating divorce they navigate divorce for fourth time, seem to have hit a new level as they co-parent their young children in the midst of their split.
