Lil Scrappy and Bambi have had their share of ups and downs, but it seems they are making strides when it comes to co-parenting their three children.
This week, Bambi surprised Scrappy with a bouquet of red roses, along with a note thanking him for being a “present parent”.
Scrappy, deeply moved by the touching act, took to social media to publicly thank Bambi for the recognition.
He wrote, “In my life that I’ve live sacrificing for my family and my kids you never really hear or get gifts for being a good person, husband or father but yesterday I received these flowers on my front porch out of nowhere, and I seen a familiar name on it.”
He continued, “I asked the person what’s going on and they said ‘I appreciate you for being a present parent in your kids life and thank you for always being there while they have to work or do anything“ that meant a whole lot coming from someone you had kids with.'”
The musician also praised his ex-wife, saying, “Thank you @adizthebam for the acknowledgment and I appreciate you for being an amazing mom. Keep up the great work .”
Fans quickly chimed in with supportive comments, applauding the couple for their mature co-parenting relationship. Many noted how refreshing it was to see them putting their differences aside for the sake of their kids.
“Now THATS how you co parent!!! Everything aside for those babies,” one person said.
“Glad to see y’all getting along and having a healthy relationship for the children,” another commented.
Scrappy and Bambi were married from 2017 to 2023 and share three children: Xylo, Breland, and Cali. Scrappy also has an older daughter, Emani, from his previous relationship with Erica Dixon.
