Evelyn Lozada is set to become a grandmother as the reality star’s daughter, Shaniece Hairston, is pregnant!
The “Basketball Wives” star announced the happy news on Instagram while wishing her daughter on her 31st birthday. In her post, Evelyn expressed her excitement and pride as Shaniece prepares to embrace motherhood.
“Happy birthday to my AMAZING daughter @shanieceh. You have always been my greatest blessing, and now you are bringing even more joy into our lives with your little one on the way. Becoming a mom at 17 was a journey we took together, and seeing you embrace motherhood fills my heart with pride and love. I am so excited to become ‘Nana’ and share this beautiful journey with you. Love you more than words can express!!!!”
Evelyn also mentioned her readiness to take on the new role of grandma alongside Shaniece’s father.
“Me & your dad are ready for this new title!!! Let’s goooooo!”
Shaniece shared her own announcement with a photo showing off her baby bump. “Another trip around the sun and in my prayers birthday suit yet.”
She also wished a happy Father’s Day to the baby’s father, saying, “Oh and Happy Fathers Day daddy,” she teased.
While the identity of the baby’s father remains disclosed, Shaniece was recently spotted on a date with rapper The Game during a Christmas Eve dinner at Nobu in Malibu.
Paparazzi’s caught the pair walking out the restaurant and getting in a black Mercedes-Benz G-Wagon.
