Love And Hip Hop Miami star Shay Johnson recently celebrated a milestone as her daughter turned two years old. Taking to Instagram on May 4th, Shay shared the joyous occasion with her followers, inviting them to join in the celebration of her little one’s special day.
In a heartwarming post, Shay expressed her love for her daughter, affectionately nicknamed, writing, “Help me wish my baby @iamshajiyah a HAPPY BIRTHDAY. My #SweetPea just turned 2 today! MAY THE 4th BE WITH YOU, MY LOVE!!”
To mark the occasion, Shay treated her birthday girl to a professional photoshoot, capturing precious moments as she posed in a stylish black and gold dress while clutching a golden “number two” balloon.
But the celebrations didn’t stop there. Shay and her daughter embarked on a tropical family getaway to Jamaica, where they indulged in some sun-soaked adventures. From beach days to family pool outings, Johnson ensured that her sweetpea’s birthday week was filled with unforgettable memories.

Shay’s journey to motherhood has been one of resilience and triumph. In 2022, she welcomed her daughter with fiance Fabo, despite facing challenges along the way, including struggles with fertility due to large fibroids.
She wrote, “HAD A SAFE DELIVERY and @iamshajiyah is perfect!! 6 pounds 15 ounces… I’m officially apart of the mommy club … This process was emotional but thank you ALL for your support!! Go follow my daughter @iamshajiyah.”
Opening up about her fertility struggles in 2019, Shay revealed the emotional toll it took on her, sharing candidly about the symptoms she endured.
“I had every last symptom X’s 10!” she said in an Instagram post. “Other symptoms included my anemia which increased because my iron was extremely low do to heavy long extended [menstruation]. My menstrual would last up to 14 days. When I was normal it was it six days. I was also advised at the rate my tumor was growing it would affect me having children.
