The CoComelon spin-off, CoComelon Lane is gearing up for a season full of milestones and feelings. This season, JJ and his friends will explore navigating emotions and much more.

The series, for both season two and, its previous season one, collaborated with educational and research consultant, Dr. Alisha Crawlwy-Davis, PhD. The collaboration ensured that the series would help toddlers and their parents navigate, understand, and be able to communicate what they are feeling in a healthy and positive way.

“The goal is to help little ones first gain an understanding of what they are experiencing and then create memorable, entertaining teaching moments for how to navigate each big emotion,” states Sheridan in her interview.

“For instance, this season’s new episodes touch on learning how to say ‘I’m sorry,’ how to handle feeling left out, and what to do when you are frustrated.”

In addition to focusing on feelings, parents and toddlers will also get to celebrate various milestones for JJ and his friends. This season will be filled with with “firsts”.

CoComelon Lane fully makes a meal of these momentous life experiences, showcasing the important role that caregivers play in the day-to-day of their children’s lives,” Sheridan expands on the new season’s action. “Our character’s families are always supportive, ready to partake in the curiosity, wonder, and joy alongside their child experiencing something for the first time.”
