Charlize Theron and her seven-year-old daughter, August, have been enjoying all that New York has to offer.
The duo embarked on a memorable mother-daughter trip to New York City, not only to explore the sights, but also to showcase their fashion sense at the Dior show, hosted at the Brooklyn Museum.
Theron and August sat front row at the show with August sporting a white dress paired with a blue varsity jacket with her hair in stylish in cornrows. The adorable youngest daughter of Theron stylishly paired her look with a black Dior mini bag.
Theron, as always, showed off a sleek and classy look. The Fast X actress was dressed in long-sleeve black top, a mix of gold chains/Dior accessories, and long beige maxi skirt. Her hair was beautifully pulled back in what appears to be a chignon bun.
Theron is unquestionably making memories with her daughters, August and Jackson. A few weeks ago, the mother-of-two documented more fun in an Instagram post, highlighting their spring break trip to Disney World.
She captioned the carousel of images, “Spring break mode activated.”
The Oscar-winning actress adopted the two girls, Jackson in 2012 and August in 2015. While many may not initially think of adoption when considering expanding their family, for Theron, it was always her primary choice.
“Even when I was in relationships, I was always honest with my partners, that adoption was how my family would look one day,” Theron expressed in a 2018 interview with People Magazine. “This was definitely not a second option for me. It was always my first.”
