For the occasion, Lala wore a long white dress that left little to the imagination, while Kiyan sported a T-shirt layered with a long-sleeved shirt underneath, paired with sleek black pants.
Taking to Instagram to post a series of photos from the event, Lala captioned,”BMF NYC SCREENING. Who’s ready for Season 3?!?”
In the Starz original crime drama “BMF,”Anthony portrays Markisha Taylor, the wife of a prominent Detroit drug dealer. The highly anticipated series invites viewers to delve into the real-life story of brothers Demetrius “Big Meech” Flenory and Terry “Southwest T” Flenory, founders of the influential crime syndicate known as the Black Mafia Family.
Meanwhile, in the world of sports, 16-year-old Kiyan Anthony is making waves as a rising basketball star. Garnering attention from top-tier basketball schools across the nation, Kiyan has already received multiple full scholarship offers and recently explored opportunities at Syracuse University, where his dad played for a year before becoming a New York Knicks player.
However, with growing fame comes its challenges. Lala acknowledges the complexities her son faces as he navigates his growing popularity, particularly in bustling city environments.
She recently shared with People, “It does get hard for him sometimes when it’s time to move around. So I’m a little bit careful with him taking the subways and stuff like that. It’s kind of hard for him to navigate the city when people are like, ‘Hey, let’s take a picture!'”
BMF kicks off on March 1, 2024 at 8 p.m. ET/PT and will also be available for streaming on the STARZ app. Fans can look forward to weekly episodes airing on Fridays, with the entire first two seasons already available for viewing on STARZ.
