Is Michael Strahan’s daughter, Isabella Strahan, married? That’s the question on fans’ minds after a video of the 19-year-old surfaced on a wedding videographer’s site.
In the footage, Isabella, who recently shared her ongoing battle with brain cancer, wore a stunning bridal gown while seated atop a horse with her picture-perfect groom by her side.
Social media erupted with congratulations with one supporter expressing, “Praying for healing for you, Isabella….You are beautiful, and congratulations on your marriage.”
However, it turns out the video is part of a styled elopement shoot that occurred a few months before Isabella was diagnosed with medulloblastoma.
Addressing the flood of congratulations, videographer Tiberious Greene shared on his Youtube page, “Greatly appreciate all the kind words. I will be sure to send them along! and thank you for enjoying this film as well!”
He continued, “But just so you all know This isn’t a REAL Elopement and she didn’t get married, this was a Styled Shoot for her mothers Wedding Venue!”
Isabella’s mother, Jean Muggli Strahan, who owns Sycamore Bend Event wedding venue, shared the shoot on the company’s Instagram page. She captioned the post, “My beautiful daughter riding our sweet Valuable, this day was perfect.”
Isabella Strahan recently opened up about her cancer battle through a series of vlogs on YouTube. In one vlog, she revealed that she began experiencing symptoms of her brain cancer during her freshman year of college.
Following an MRI at Cedars-Sinai, doctors discovered a fast-growing tumor, leading to emergency surgery in October.
After freezing her eggs the following month, she shaved her head due to thinning hair caused by radiation.
Isabella is set to undergo chemotherapy at Duke Children’s Hospital & Health Center in Durham, North Carolina next month.
