Shemar Moore took to Instagram today to share new photos of his 10-month-old daughter, Frankie. In a series of snapshots, the father-daughter duo can be seen having a swingin’ good time at a local park.
Moore captioned the post, “Happy Lil Frankie. Yaaaaaaaaay.”
He also shared a video of him and his girlfriend, Jesiree Dizon, taking turns on the swing with their darling baby girl. “We flying, yaaay!” Shemar could be heard saying in the clip.
During an appearance on “The Talk” in May 2023, Shemar expressed his deep appreciation for fatherhood, describing it as “amazing”. He also acknowledged the significant role that Jesiree has played in shaping their family life.
“First of all, I have to give so much kudos to Jesiree, my girl…we actually dated 15 years ago and to be honest, it was wonderful. I just wasn’t ready for that settled-down family thing, I got a little spooked. And then God is good, I think Mom’s karma brought us back full circle, and here we are.”
The actor took a moment to honor his late mother, Marilyn Moore, on Father’s Day earlier this year. He shared a heartfelt message expressing his love and gratitude for both his mom and his newfound role of being a father.
He began, “1st Father’s Day EVER… for me!!! BLESSED and GRATEFUL!! My father wasn’t in my life… I never celebrated Father’s Day… but i realize my mother and fathers love for each other once upon a time… that created me….I celebrated and honored MY MOTHER all day everyday my entire 50 years with her… my mother’s dream was to be a grandmother.. God called her name a little too soon…”
He continued, “My Girl Jesiree loves on me and gave me/us Momma Marilyn’s Dream and MY LIL MIRACLE… “Frankie Moore”… my daughter… My mother was my purpose…. Now Frankie is my purpose for the rest of my life!!! With all that I have experienced and accomplished, My daughter is my GREATEST TRIUMPH!!! Momma Marilyn went to Heaven and told God to give her son the GREATEST GIFT of his life… FRANKIE n FAMILY!!! …… “Mom I made it”. I Love you Jesiree and THANK YOU!!! “
